Is the driveway included in a House SoftWash?
No, the driveway is a separate service area. The House SoftWash will include everything from the gutter & soffit line down. (Gutters, trim, siding, fascia, windows, screens, garage door, & front door entry way)
Do you move furniture or plants?
In most cases no. We ask that you bring in all small plants and furniture to avoid any damage during the wash process. If a plant or piece of furniture is too large for you to move we can help in certain cases.
What chemical or detergent is used to clean the house?
Our cleaning detergent is Bleach based, and is the best solution for killing all algae & mildew growing on the exterior of your home. You use bleach to clean your kitchen and bathrooms, we also use it outside to ensure everything is correctly clean and disinfected! The great part about cleaning with bleach is that once dry it will turn into salt, and with a few good Florida afternoon rain showers everything will be dissolved and evaporated, 100% eco-friendly!
